Dishes to Elevate Your Holiday Meals

The clock is ticking and Christmas is almost here! Whether you still have shopping to do or have everything ready to go, you can always add a little more to the festivities with delicious food and drinks. Celebrating the holidays might look different from years past, but I suggest making great food that sets the tone for a memorable meal. Get out your nice dishes, add name plates and have fun!

Appetizers

Charcuterie boards are all the rage. Depending on how many people you are expecting. I also recommend a smaller appetizer such as a veggie platter. Here’s a little inspiration for you!

Main

Traditional Christmas dinners usually call for a turkey. I am still not ready to make one of those birds on my own. We plan to serve steaks Christmas Eve and I’m all about recreating a good steak house recipe. You can’t go wrong with eating tamales for the holidays. I love a festive holiday celebration and it sure is worth it to put forth the extra details for others. Don’t let me fool you, I am not ready for Christmas. ! still need info to wrap presents, but I know that Aaron and I will get that task complete in the nick of time.
